Lifting, positioning, and distributing – our electric actuators are used vertically and horizontally in a system for lifting and distributing small packages.
In the automated system, small cartons are picked up at different levels, lifted, and transferred precisely to a conveyor belt in the next processing station. One electric actuator performs the lifting movements, while a second drive handles the horizontal distribution and positioning of the parts. Our customer was impressed by the variable stroke length of the actuators, which can be freely selected in millimetre steps, as well as the clean and low-maintenance operation without hydraulics or pneumatics.
Our electric actuators make lifting and distribution processes significantly more efficient and energy-optimized.
